Experience: 0–2 years | Exceptional freshers are welcome About Gape Labs: Gape Labs is a mobile gaming studio building globally scalable, original gaming IP from India. We currently have two mobile games live globally, including Arcado Battle , an 8-player competitive multiplayer game and Arcado Champs, a PVP real-time strategy tower defense game. We're a small, ambitious team building games for a global audience and experimenting aggressively with new ways to acquire and engage players.

We're now looking for someone to help us build one of our next major growth channels: creator-led acquisition.

What you'll do You'll work closely with the founder to build and scale our creator marketing and partnerships program globally.

Your responsibilities will include: Discovering gaming, entertainment and short-form content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms

Researching creators across markets including the US, LATAM, Europe and Asia

Evaluating creators based on audience fit, average views, engagement, geography and potential campaign economics

Finding and managing creator contact information and maintaining an organised creator pipeline

Reaching out to creators and creator managers through email and social platforms

Negotiating commercials and closing paid creator collaborations

Coordinating campaigns from initial conversation through content going live

Following up relentlessly and keeping multiple creator conversations moving simultaneously

Tracking creator performance including views, engagement, installs and campaign economics

Identifying high-performing creators and building longer-term relationships with them

Helping us continuously improve our creator acquisition strategy based on what the data tells us This is not a traditional social media management role.



You will not primarily be making Instagram posts or maintaining a content calendar. This is a growth + partnerships + execution role where the objective is to identify creators who can help us acquire high-quality players profitably.

Who we're looking for You might be a great fit if: You spend a lot of time on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or gaming/content platforms and naturally understand internet and creator culture

You're extremely organised and comfortable managing hundreds of leads, conversations and follow-ups

You have strong written English and can communicate confidently with creators globally

You're comfortable negotiating and aren't afraid to reach out to people you don't know

You're analytical and enjoy thinking about numbers, economics and performance

You're resourceful and good at finding information online

You move fast and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next

You genuinely enjoy games, creators, social media or internet culture Prior creator marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We're very open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience if you're sharp, hungry and execution-oriented.

What success looks like A typical day could involve: Finding and evaluating 50+ current creators

Reaching out to creators across multiple markets

Negotiating active collaborations

Following up with creators who haven't responded

Coordinating upcoming posts

Reviewing performance of recently published creator campaigns

Identifying which creator profiles are working and finding more creators like them You'll have significant ownership from day one and will work directly with the founder. Important

This is a full-time, in-person role from our Bengaluru office. We're a small team and value working closely together, moving quickly and taking high ownership.
