The team collaborates closely with brands, Instagram creators, and other social media influencers, combining campaign execution with thorough research and analysis. Their focus on creative strategy, precise execution, and detailed reporting helps clients achieve measurable growth and desired marketing outcomes.

Location: Andheri West (Mumbai candidates preferred)

Work Mode: In-office

We are looking for a Creator Onboarding & Growth professional to join our team and build a strong network of creators and influencers across categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research emerging,



high-potential creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Reach out to creators and pitch them for onboarding with the agency.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with creators.
- Track creator performance, engagement, audience growth and brand collaborations.
- Identify creators with robust traction and growth potential and develop them strategically.
- Understand creator profiles and match them with relevant brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships teams for campaign opportunities.
- Maintain updated creator databases and onboarding records.
- Follow up regularly with creators and ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.
- Contribute to creator growth strategies, collaborations and monetisation opportunities.

What we are looking for:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Ability to identify upcoming creators and understand content trends.
- Strong research, networking and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with regular creator outreach.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator management or a media agency will be an advantage.
