About Gro Club

Gro Club is building a smarter way for families to own products for growing children through Smart Ownership — Upgrade as You Grow.

We’re rethinking how families buy, use and upgrade kids’ products, and we’re looking for a Creative Marketer who can help us tell that story through compelling content, campaigns and ideas.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved from idea to execution.

You’ll work across creative, content and marketing - coming up with ideas, creating content, running campaigns, experimenting with new tools and understanding what actually works.

You don’t need to know everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, proactive and excited to learn by doing.

What You’ll Do

- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas and marketing initiatives.
- Create social media content, advertisements, campaign assets and brand communication.
- Shoot and edit reels, videos and other short-form content.
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in Gro Club’s visual identity, tone and communication.
- Research trends, competitors, tools and new opportunities in marketing.




- Use AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, design, video creation and marketing execution.
- Experiment, measure results and learn what works.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and work independently.

Who We’re Looking For

- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, content, design, social media or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and a good eye for design and communication.
- Comfortable creating content for social media and digital platforms.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, formats and tools.
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools as part of their everyday workflow.
- Positive understanding of social media, content and basic marketing principles.
- A self-starter who can take an idea and turn it into something tangible.
- Most importantly, someone who is curious, resourceful and willing to learn.
- Be ready to jump into other marketing tasks and projects as needed. We’re a hands-on team, and everyone pitches in.
