?️ What You'll Do
We're looking for a Creative Operations Intern to work closely with the founding team across the day-to-day creative and operational side of the work — taking ideas from concept to execution and keeping everything moving.
- Support the planning and execution of creative projects
- Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Own timelines, tasks, follow-ups, and daily operations
- Help with research, ideation, briefs, and presentations
- Track multiple projects so nothing slips through the cracks
- Support shoots, meetings, and creative executions when needed
- Help build and improve systems as the work grows
✅ What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
- Sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Genuine interest in creative work, culture, brands, content, or media
- Good with people and confident coordinating with different stakeholders
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote is a plus
- Prior experience helps, but we care more about how you think and work
