Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Bareilly with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves developing visual concepts and creating graphics for digital and print materials, including logos, brand assets, marketing collateral, and web design elements. The designer will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to refine design briefs, present concepts, and implement feedback.

Daily tasks include preparing design files, maintaining brand consistency across projects, and staying updated on design trends and tools.



The role also requires organizing project timelines, managing multiple assignments, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Logo Design to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to support website layouts, UI elements, and digital assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is expected.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
