Job Summary

We are looking for a creative all-rounder who can independently handle design, content, and video requirements for WhatsApp and SMS communication. The candidate should be able to create high-quality creatives, write content, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver work within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually appealing creatives, banners, posters, and promotional materials for WhatsApp and SMS communication.
- Create PDFs, brochures, presentations, and informational documents for campaigns and communications.
- Design and produce patient testimonial graphics and video reels for WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
- Write engaging and relevant content/copy for WhatsApp and SMS communication.
- Understand campaign requirements and convert briefs into creative content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple creative requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organised asset library for brand, campaign, design, and communication materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, messaging,



and visual identity.
- Stay updated with creative, digital communication, and AI trends.
- Use AI tools to improve creativity, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain and update basic reports, trackers, and creative records using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

- Robust creative and visual design skills.
- Ability to independently handle design + content + basic video creation.
- Good content writing and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and testimonials.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content, and video creation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Creative Design, Content, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing design, content, and video work will be preferred.
