About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director – SMB who can combine creative excellence with a strong understanding of sales and business outcomes. You will work closely with the SMB Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling pitches, campaigns, demos, and customer-facing content that helps convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the creative strategy and execution for SMB initiatives.
- Develop compelling pitch decks, sales presentations, videos, demos, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Create customised creative concepts and proposals for SMB prospects.
- Translate TrueFan AI’s technology and product capabilities into simple, engaging business stories.
- Develop industry-specific use cases and creative campaigns for SMB customers.
- Work closely with Sales to understand prospect requirements and create relevant solutions.
- Lead and mentor designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative resources.




- Build scalable creative templates and sales enablement assets.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation.
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and AI-video capabilities.
- Track creative performance and use sales/customer feedback to improve content.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in Creative Direction, Advertising, Brand, Content, or Creative Marketing.
- Experience working with B2B/SaaS is preferred.
- Solid storytelling, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling customer-facing narratives.
- Strong understanding of digital content, video, branding, and marketing.
- Experience managing creative teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, videos, branding, or sales collateral.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Mid journey, Canva AI, or similar tools is a plus.
