HealOn is a healthcare concierge company focused on making quality healthcare more accessible through technology, innovation and personalised care. We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team and help build our brand presence across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative & Digital Marketing Intern passionate about design, content creation, branding and digital marketing. You'll work closely with our team to create engaging marketing materials, produce social media content and support digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, promotional banners, posters, brochures and other marketing creatives.

- Develop engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels and AI & promotional content.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate creative videos, promotional content and marketing assets.
- Create UGC (user-generated content) or assist in planning and producing authentic, relatable content.
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital and offline marketing materials.
- Assist in planning, publishing and boosting social media posts and running basic paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creative formats, AI tools and digital marketing practices.
- Monitor engagement, reach and campaign performance and help prepare basic reports.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, Design, Media or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut,



Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Interest in social media marketing, branding and content creation.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A quick learner who is curious, adaptable and willing to learn current tools and technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience creating videos using AI tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Sora or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with UGC, including how videos are planned, scripted, shot and edited.
- Ability to create authentic, engaging short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms and their content trends.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, post boosting or basic paid advertising.
- A portfolio of creative designs, AI-generated videos, reels or UGC content.
