The Shiro Club is looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor to help us create content that feels fresh, relevant, visually solid and distinct across digital platforms.

This is a creative execution role where you’ll work across design and video - taking ideas, briefs, and raw content and turning them into compelling visual stories for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.

We’re looking for someone with great visual taste, strong design fundamentals and a sharp understanding of how digital content works.

What you’ll do

- Design Instagram creatives, static posts, stories and campaign assets
- Create visual assets for social and digital platforms
- Find, curate and edit Reels and short-form video content
- Edit brand footage, UGC, product shoots and other raw content into engaging videos
- Translate creative ideas and briefs into strong visual executions
- Work with typography, layouts, photography, motion, textures and visual storytelling
- Adapt creative assets across different formats and platforms
- Explore new visual formats, references and trends to keep our content fresh
- Maintain Shiro Club’s visual identity while bringing new creative ideas to the table
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team on campaigns and content

What we’re looking for





- Strong understanding of digital and social-first design
- A great eye for composition, typography, colour, spacing and overall aesthetics
- Comfortable working across both static design and video editing
- Someone who can take an idea and figure out how it should look, feel and come to life
- Good understanding of current digital content formats, trends and visual culture
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create work that feels human, contemporary and not templated
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, beauty or consumer brands is a plus

Tools

Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva or equivalent.

You don’t need to use all of them. Your work matters more than the tools you use.
