At Project Alpha, we’re looking for a Creative Designer to help us turn ideas, content and learning experiences into clear, thoughtful and engaging design.

This is a 0–1 year role, and we’re looking for someone with solid fundamentals, attention to detail and an interest in content-led design.

What you’ll work onProgramme Materials

- Workbooks
- Trainer presentation decks
- Parent-facing reports and learning materials

Content & Layout

- Turn raw, unstructured content into clear, well-organised designs
- Create strong hierarchy through typography, spacing and layout
- Make complex ideas simple and easy to understand

Brand & Marketing

- Social media creatives
- School posters
- Event and campaign collateral
- Campaign assets based on briefs

Design Systems

- Build reusable templates and layout systems
- Maintain consistency across typography, colour, spacing and grids
- Help develop Project Alpha’s visual language as we grow

AI & Content

- Explore and use AI design tools
- Write or refine simple headings/copy within designs when needed
- Think about content and structure, not just visuals

What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and spacing




- Ability to design clean presentations
- Ability to design structured, multi-page documents
- High attention to detail and consistency
- A portfolio demonstrating structured, content-led work
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong command of PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Figma and AI design tools are a plus
- An interest in how design and content work together

You don't need years of experience. We care about how you think, your design fundamentals and your willingness to learn. Hiring TaskShortlisted candidates will receive a piece of raw, unstructured content and be asked to turn it into either a workbook page or presentation slide.

We’re looking at how you approach structure, clarity and layout, not just how polished the final output looks.
