We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and innovative concepts to our co-working spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for co-working and workplace environments.

Create mood boards, concept boards, design narratives, and creative presentations.

Develop innovative ideas for workspace branding, wall graphics, signage, installations, and experience zones.

Collaborate with interior designers, architects, 3D designers, and marketing teams.

Develop creative concepts for reception areas, lounges, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces, and community areas.

Research emerging workplace, hospitality, lifestyle, and design trends.

Translate brand identity into physical and visual experiences across workspaces.

Prepare compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and management.

Work on design adaptations for different locations while maintaining brand consistency.

Coordinate with vendors and execution teams to ensure creative concepts are implemented accurately.





Contribute ideas for improving member experience through design and creative interventions.

Requirements

4–7 years of relevant experience in creative/design roles.

Experience in commercial interiors, workplace design, hospitality, retail, branding, or experiential design preferred.

Strong conceptual thinking and visual communication skills.

Excellent understanding of colour, typography, materials, composition, and spatial aesthetics.

Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in relevant creative/design software.

Ability to develop ideas from concept through execution.

Solid portfolio demonstrating creative and experiential design work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
