Role Description The Creative Copywriter will be responsible for developing clear, compelling copy for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, and video scripts. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with designers and strategists, translating brand guidelines into engaging content, and refining messaging for various platforms and audiences.

The role involves conducting light research to understand client industries, adapting tone and style to different brands, and ensuring all content is aligned with creative and marketing objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring close collaboration with the creative and production teams and participation in client meetings and internal reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for digital-first brand communication.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and Creative Writing abilities to craft original, engaging concepts and narratives.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and platforms (social, web, video, campaigns).
- Prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with excellent grammar, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Literature, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing creative copywriting work across digital channels is required.
