Couple Coordinator – Job Title: Couple Coordinator Department: IVF / Fertility Centre Job Purpose: To provide guidance, support, and coordination to couples undergoing fertility treatment, ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient experience. ## Key Responsibilities 1.

Patient

Counselling Explain the IVF, ICSI, IUI, and other fertility treatment procedures to couples. Provide basic information about treatment steps, timelines, and preparations. Address patients' general queries and concerns. 2.

Treatment

Coordination Coordinate appointments with doctors and other medical staff. Follow up with couples regarding their treatment progress. Ensure patients attend scheduled scans, consultations, and procedures. 3.

Financial

Counselling Explain treatment packages, costs, and payment procedures. Provide information about available payment options. Coordinate with the billing department regarding payments. 4.

Patient

Support Provide emotional support and reassurance to couples during treatment. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy. Help couples manage treatment-related stress by providing appropriate guidance.

- Communication and Follow-up Make regular follow-up calls and send appointment reminders. Keep couples informed about their treatment schedules. Communicate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other departments.
- Documentation Maintain patient records and counselling details. Update treatment progress and follow-up records.



Ensure all required documents are completed and maintained. 7.

Satisfaction Address patient complaints and concerns professionally. Ensure a positive patient experience. Collect patient feedback and report issues to the management. ## Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of IVF, ICSI, and fertility treatments. Counselling and patient-handling skills. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Positive follow-up and coordination skills. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality. ## Qualifications Any degree or relevant healthcare qualification. Experience in IVF or hospital patient coordination is an advantage. Previous experience in patient counselling is preferred. ## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Patient satisfaction and feedback. Timely appointment coordination. Regular patient follow-ups. Accurate documentation. Effective communication with couples.

- Patient support throughout the treatment journey. ## Main objective To guide and support couples throughout their fertility treatment journey, from the first consultation to treatment completion, while ensuring clear communication, proper coordination, and compassionate care.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
