As a CPA Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations, supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary focus will be on handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be a key liaison between the CCE team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Assist the CCE team in resolving customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy access to customer records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with the CCE team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to the management on back-office operations and customer feedback.
- Assist in training and onboarding new CCE team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company's values and culture.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management to support the overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset.
