- Expertise in various Coupa Modules such as Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, CRA, and Integrations.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC practices for efficient project delivery
- Experience in Supply Chain and Procurement Domain
- Provide daily application support and do necessary set up / configuration for Coupa, including user administration, Role modifications, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide support for Coupa users.
- Act as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing application-related problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Should be able to handle major Coupa releases including thorough sanity checks.
- Should be aware about DocuSign Integration/Process
