We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team.

What You Will

Do:-Welcome customers and create a warm, premium shopping experience. Understand the customer's requirement, occasion, budget and personal style. Confidently explain jewellery designs, finishes, collections and pricing.

Recommend suitable jewellery based on the customer's outfit, occasion and preferences. Demonstrate and present jewellery attractively to customers. Handle customers from enquiry through selection and billing.

Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery pieces and collections. Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery at the counter.

Ensure the store and jewellery displays remain clean, organised and premium. Maintain customer information and follow up with prospective customers when required. Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store targets.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable speaking with customers. Naturally interested in jewellery,



fashion and styling. Good at understanding customer needs rather than simply showing products.

Persuasive without being pushy. Well-groomed and presentable. Positive, energetic and enthusiastic about sales. Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets. A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Patient and capable of handling different types of customers. Willing to learn about jewellery, collections and styling.

Preferred

ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: Jewellery retail Fashion jewellery Luxury retail Saree / ethnic wear Bridal / wedding retail Premium fashion Cosmetics / beauty retail Lifestyle retail High-value customer-facing sales Candidates with strong retail sales experience but no jewellery experience may also apply.
