Job Summary

Lalwani Hosiery is looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, handle counter sales, maintain product displays, and support daily store operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, sizes, pricing, and available options.
- Recommend suitable hosiery, garments, and related products to customers.
- Handle counter sales and assist in achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the sales counter.
- Assist customers with product selection and sizing.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/stock team when required.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, folded, labelled, and displayed.
- Support billing and payment collection when required.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.




- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.
- Support other store activities as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Previous experience in retail sales, counter sales, garments, hosiery, clothing, or similar stores is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
- Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during working hours.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
