Role Description The Counselor role at Grimbyte Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnal. The Counselor will guide prospective learners or clients through available programs and services, explain course or product offerings, and support them in making informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, answering inquiries in person and via phone or email, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up to ensure a positive experience.
