Corrugation Operator - High Speed Auto Corrugation Line (1800 mm x 150 m/min)
Reporting To
Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automatic corrugation line safely and efficiently.
- Set machine parameters for flute formation, temperature, pressure, and speed.
- Ensure proper bonding of liner and medium papers.
- Monitor GSM, moisture, warp, and board quality.
- Minimize wastage and machine downtime.
- Perform routine cleaning and daily maintenance.
- Coordinate with boiler, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Follow safety, 5S, and quality standards.
Qualification
- 10th Pass / ITI / corrugation line experience
- Experience: 2 years and above in Auto Corrugation line experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of flute profiles, paper GSM, steam systems, and machine settings.
- Troubleshooting of board defects.
