Role Description The Counselor role is an on-site position based in Jalandhar. The Counselor will meet with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and help them identify appropriate solutions and resources.

Responsibilities include conducting intake discussions, maintaining accurate client records, and following up to ensure issues are addressed. The role involves collaborating with internal team members and external service providers when necessary, while maintaining strict confidentiality and skilled boundaries. The Counselor is expected to communicate clearly,



manage appointments efficiently, and provide a calm, supportive presence to clients throughout their engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
