Role Description The Corporate Trainer – Nutanix / VMware / Virtualization is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality instructor-led online training across Nutanix, VMware, Virtualization, Proxmox, and related technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting engaging virtual classroom sessions, delivering practical demonstrations and hands-on labs, and assessing participant progress. The role involves developing and updating training materials, presentations, lab exercises, assessments, and course content while ensuring an interactive and effective learning experience.

Trainer will also stay current with evolving virtualization technologies and industry best practices and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training programs and overall course quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess 5–10 years of experience in Nutanix, VMware, Virtualization, Proxmox, or related technologies.
- Candidates should possess strong technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Nutanix, VMware, Virtualization, or Proxmox.
- A valid Nutanix certification is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Nutanix and VMware environments.
- Candidates should possess experience delivering instructor-led online technical training, including practical demonstrations and hands-on lab sessions.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management abilities.
- Experience working across multiple virtualization technologies, including Nutanix, VMware, and Proxmox, is preferred.
- Experience developing technical courseware, presentations, assessments, and lab exercises is beneficial.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive remote learning experiences and provide constructive feedback to participants is required.
- Candidates should possess a qualified virtual training setup and the ability to deliver fully remote instructor-led training sessions.
