This will include key account management, customer relationship building, follow ups, repeat order tracking, coordination for timely execution, communicating with new customers and generate leads. Qualifications required:
- Any Post Graduate/MBA/Any Graduate (B.Com, B.A.English, B.A. Economics, BBM) with experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Client Relationship/ Sales coordination/ Export Sales Operations/ Business development
- Candidates must have excellent academic records and should be from good colleges and business schools.
Experience: 4-7 Years
Job responsibilities:
- Liaison with key clients for all support and positive relationship building.
- Support sales team by managing schedules.
- Make Proforma invoice, Purchase orders and follow up on orders with clients.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments about status of order execution, payments.
- Email and telephonic correspondence with new customers for orders, existing customers for routine matters, updates and replying to their queries.
- Maintain customer data in Excel/Advance Excel, analyze quaterly for performance and Sales metrics, developing new clients and help in expanding business.
Skills Required:
- Pleasing and confident personality, analytical ability, good English and interpersonal skills.
- Systematic functioning and go-getter attitude.
- Attention to details and work efficiently to provide ‘Complete Customer Satisfaction’.
- Ability to convince and push Sales.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Advance Excel/SAP, Googlespreadsheets and Use of AI.
