Are you a Recruiter who enjoys sourcing, engaging and closing the right talent?

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is strong in LinkedIn sourcing, candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment and takes complete ownership of hiring requirements.

You will recruit for our internal positions , primarily across US Staffing / Recruitment and US-market Sales, Inside Sales and Business Development functions.

Priority will be given to candidates who have previously recruited for US Staffing, US Recruitment, Inside Sales, Business Development, or US-market Sales positions.

Experience recruiting candidates who sell services to US businesses or work directly with US clients will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search, job portals, referrals and other channels .
- Build solid candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Recruit for positions including:
- US Staffing / US Recruitment (US Market).
- Inside Sales (US Market).
- Business Development (US Market).
- US Sales (US Market).
- Lead Generation / Appointment Setting (US Market).
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for skills, experience, communication and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Proactively identify talent from relevant companies and competitor talent pools.
- Develop alternative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
- Work toward defined recruitment targets and timelines.




- Take complete ownership of assigned positions and drive them through to successful joining.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search .
- Good understanding of candidate research and talent mapping.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Self-driven, organized and highly accountable.
- Strong ownership and result-oriented mindset .

Location & Shift: Viman Nagar, Pune – Work from Office

- Candidate should currently be based in Pune .
- Candidate must be able to commute independently to our Viman Nagar office or relocate close to the office.
- Monday to Friday
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
