Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Identity Management

- Regularly update and maintain the Corporate Identity Manual for the Tenon Group and its group companies.

- Finalize logo usage guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels and collateral.

1. Media &
- Industry Relations

- Develop and manage strong relationships with leading media houses, analysts, and industry apex bodies.

- Collaborate with the PR agency to drive visibility and maintain a positive media image for the group.

- Strategically place group stories/news items across print, digital, and electronic media.

- Manage sponsorships and brand participation in industry events, conferences, and award functions.

1. Branding Collaterals &
- Customer Communication

- Oversee the design, content, and finalization of branding collaterals such as:

- Corporate Profiles

- Annual Reports

- Quarterly Customer Newsletters

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant content is shared.

1. Digital Marketing &
- Social Media Management

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and web agencies for website content management and timely updates.

- Curate and create content for social media platforms,



focusing on group events, achievements, and developments.

- Ensure consistent posting and engagement to enhance follower base and digital visibility.

- Analyze and report on social media metrics for continuous improvement.

1. Top Management Visibility

- Strategically position top management in key industry events, panels, and interviews.

- Ensure consistent representation and visibility on social media platforms to reinforce the image of a Professionally Run Company.”

- Drive timely communication of key updates, achievements, and developments to all internal stakeholders.

- Strengthen employee engagement through well-structured internal campaigns and announcements.
