Sohana Hospital is looking for a responsible and organized Co-ordinator to support smooth day-to-day coordination between departments, patients, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different hospital departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Coordinate with patients, attendants, staff, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain records, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, or departmental requirements as assigned.
- Communicate important updates to concerned departments and reporting managers.
- Support management in implementing processes and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Handle coordination-related queries and escalate issues to the appropriate authority.
- Perform other duties related to hospital operations as assigned.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in coordination, administration, healthcare, hospital operations, front office,



or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills will also be considered.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Professional attitude with good communication skills.
