Brief The Contracts Operations Specialist – Review & Redlining supports US-based legal and business teams by reviewing, redlining, and operationally managing commercial contracts across their lifecycle. The role focuses on applying company-approved playbooks and templates, identifying legal and business risks, and ensuring efficient contract workflows.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and redlining marketing agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Quotes, NDAs,



and amendments; flagging deviations from standard terms; and escalating high-risk provisions for legal or business review. The role also involves performing document comparisons, summarizing material and non-material changes, preparing contract summaries for different audiences, tracking contract status, maintaining version control, and ensuring accurate documentation across review cycles.

Qualifications –

- Law degree from a recognized institution
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial contract review, redlining, and contract operations, preferably supporting US or global clients
- Hands‑on experience reviewing agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and Amendments
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms (pricing, term, termination, indemnity, limitation of liability)
- Proficiency in MS Word (redlining and document comparison) and experience with contract trackers or CLM systems

Skills: LPS - Contract Management~Intercultural Communication

Experience Required

Candidate to have hands on experience in contract drafting, redlining and specifically on negotiation. Also experience on marketing related contracts would be a big plus.
