Key Responsibilities● Build and execute the overall content strategy for Lanstitut across social media platforms● Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning● Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives● Translate business goals into clear content themes, formats, and storylines● Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to create high-impact content● Review, edit, and optimise content to maintain quality and relevance● Analyse content performance and refine strategy based on insights and trends● Stay updated with social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices
Requirements● 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role● Graduation is mandatory● Solid understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems● Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills● Ability to think strategically and execute consistently● Experience in building brand voice and long-term narratives● Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
