Job Title: Content Head/Content Specialist/Content Creator

Experience Required: 1-5 years (Passionate Freshers with exceptional content game are also welcome)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Module: Onsite (6 days working)

Role Summary: As a Content Head, you’ll take ownership of the company’s content direction and help build a strong brand presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying what’s working, finding opportunities, turning insights into content ideas, and getting them executed with the creative team. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for ideas or instructions — you see an opportunity, take ownership, get it executed, and make it work.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the overall content strategy, direction, and execution across social media platforms.
- Research trends, topics, formats, and high-performing content.
- Write engaging content scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and explicit messaging suited to each platform and content format.
- Work closely with video editors, creators, and other team members to ensure ideas are executed as intended.
- Analyse content performance across views, engagement, retention, shares, and other relevant metrics.




- Take complete ownership of the content pipeline and get things done without waiting for constant instructions or supervision.

- Skills & Qualifications Required
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Content, Content Strategy, Social Media, Creative Strategy, or similar roles. (Freshers with exceptional knowledge of the content game, a sharp understanding of what works, and has the madness to build something big are welcomed.)
- Proven results in building and scaling content-led social media presence.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, Reels, trends, storytelling, hooks, and audience psychology.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify trends, topics, and content opportunities.
- Ability to analyse content performance and understand what drives views, engagement, reach, and retention.
- Must be passionate about content, curious about what’s working, and comfortable experimenting and figuring things out in a fast-paced environment.
