About the Role:

We’re looking for a Content Lead to manage content across customer and marketing channels, working closely with the Marketing Head and leading a team of 2.

Key Responsibilities

- Own content across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, IVR, social media, and website.

- Create and edit SMS, WhatsApp/RCS copy, IVR scripts, social media content, and website content.

- Develop content calendars, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines.

- Manage the content pipeline from ideation to publishing.

- Review and guide the work of a 2-member content team.

- Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, CRM, Design, and Compliance teams.

- Track content performance across metrics such as open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or copywriting.

- Hands-on experience across at least 3 of these channels: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp,



IVR, social media, website/blog.

- Experience leading or mentoring a content team.

- Experience creating content calendars, messaging frameworks, or brand guidelines.

- Experience working with content performance metrics.

Positive to Have:

- Experience with Gupshup, Karix, Twilio, MSG91, or similar platforms.

- Experience with DLT, WhatsApp Business policies, or fintech/BFSI content.

- Exposure to CRM/lifecycle marketing.
