We are looking for a Content Designer to join our Cx & Adoption Team, where you'll simplify complex concepts, shape product experiences through language, and create content that drives user adoption and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing skills with systems thinking, enjoys making technical concepts accessible, and is excited to work at the intersection of content, design, AI, and enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Create clear, concise, and user-centered content for product experiences, including UI copy, user flows, labels, notifications, error messages, and onboarding experiences.
- Develop adoption content such as user guides, walkthroughs, release notes, knowledge assets, and enablement materials.
- Translate complex AI, analytics, and business concepts into clear and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Define and maintain content standards, terminology, voice, and tone across products and customer-facing assets.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences through effective content design.
- Conduct content reviews, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data and user insights.
- Collaborate with visual designers and motion designers to create cohesive, engaging experiences.
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation, prompt design, and conversational experiences within AI-powered products.

Required Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of content formats, including product content, UX writing, case studies, storytelling, or complex concepts simplified for users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong plain-language approach.
- Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, product, or business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in language and content standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience writing for enterprise, SaaS, B2B, analytics, or AI-driven products.
- Familiarity with content systems, terminology management, style guides, and governance frameworks.
- Understanding of UX writing principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools and prompt design.
- Basic visual communication or layout skills.
- Experience with localization, content operations, or multilingual content management.
