About the role

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who can take ownership of Millimo's day-to-day content creation and social media presence.

The primary focus of this role will be content ideation, scripting, shoot planning and social media, rather than video editing. The person will work closely with our video editor, giving them the right direction, references and feedback to get the final content right.

Since this is a work-from-office role, the person will also be closely involved in shoots, brainstorming and day-to-day collaboration with the Growth & Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

Content Creation

- Come up with content ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories and other platforms
- Develop concepts around Millimo's products, parents, kids, everyday food moments, trends and brand stories
- Write hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs
- Research trending content, formats and conversations relevant to our audience
- Create content briefs and references for shoots
- Help plan and coordinate shoots
- Be present during shoots and guide the execution based on the content idea
- Work with the video editor by giving clear references, feedback and direction on edits
- Review final edits and ensure the content is aligned with the idea, brand tone and platform format
- Maintain and work around a monthly content calendar

Social Media

- Manage the day-to-day content flow for Millimo's social media
- Plan and publish Reels, Stories and posts
- Write captions and CTAs




- Keep the Instagram page active and updated
- Monitor comments and DMs and support community engagement
- Track basic metrics such as reach, views, shares, saves and engagement
- Understand which content is performing and use those learnings for future content
- Keep an eye on competitor and category content

Campaign & Brand Support

- Work with the Growth & Marketing team on product launches, campaigns and festive content
- Develop content ideas for products, offers and brand campaigns
- Support influencer and creator collaborations
- Help create briefs and references for external creators
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and creators when required
- Adapt content for other channels such as WhatsApp, website and marketplaces when needed

What we're looking for Since this is a fresher/internship role, prior skilled experience is not necessary.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely interested in content and social media
- Understands Instagram and short-form content
- Has a good eye for interesting content and storytelling
- Can write simple, natural English
- Understands basic hooks and content structures




- Follows social media trends and knows how to spot content opportunities
- Can communicate ideas clearly to a creative/editorial team
- Is comfortable being involved in shoots
- Is proactive and brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions
- Is organised and comfortable handling multiple content projects
- Is open to feedback and willing to experiment
- Wants to learn how a consumer brand is actually built

Good to have
- Personal Instagram page or content portfolio
- College projects in content, media, marketing or communication
- Experience creating/planning Reels
- Basic understanding of photography/video production
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
- Basic understanding of Instagram Insights
- Interest in consumer brands, food, parenting or kids' content

Video editing is not a core requirement for this role. The person should be able to guide the edit, communicate references clearly and give feedback to the video editor. What this person will own The role can broadly be:

Content idea → Concept → Hook/Script → Shoot planning → Shoot direction → Edit feedback → Publish → Analyse

So we are looking for someone who can think beyond simply posting on Instagram and can understand the complete content process.
