Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who understands social media trends and can create engaging content for different brands and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and create Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and campaign content.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, headlines, and CTAs.
- Research social media trends, viral formats, memes, and content styles.
- Develop content ideas based on different brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Work with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Social Media Managers, and Marketing Teams.
- Participate in shoot planning and on-location shoots when required.
- Create content calendars and contribute to social media strategies.
- Adapt content according to different brand tones and audiences.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content.
- Good creative thinking and idea-generation skills.




- Positive understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, and scripts.
- Good knowledge of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects.
- Good research and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, and/or English content creation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating with influencers/creators.
- Experience planning and executing social media campaigns.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Creation / Social Media / Digital Marketing.

Work Location: Surat, Gujarat – On-site

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
