Content Creator cum Training Coordinator –

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Creator cum Training Coordinator to support the Learning & Development (L&D;) team by creating engaging training content and coordinating training programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop training content, presentations, training manuals, SOPs, guides, and learning materials.
- Convert business and process information into easy, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning content.
- Create content for classroom, online, and digital training programs.
- Coordinate with trainers and department heads to understand training requirements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions for employees.
- Coordinate training calendars, participant lists, attendance, feedback, and training records.
- Support the L&D; team in preparing assessments, quizzes, activities, and other learning resources.
- Update existing training material based on process, policy, or business changes.




- Maintain and organize the L&D; content repository and training documentation.
- Track training completion and support post-training feedback and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Creative approach to developing engaging learning content.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand training material.
- Prior experience in L&D;, training coordination, content creation, instructional design, or corporate training will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in L&D;, Training, Content Creation, Instructional Design, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
