Role Overview

Mintskill is looking for a creative and execution-focused intern who can support content creation, social media management, and multimedia production across our business verticals. This role blends writing, design, and video editing, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy storytelling through multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Develop high-quality content for:
- Articles

- Blogs

- Newsletters

- Case Studies

- Project Documentation

- Technical Documents

- Align content with Mintskill’s business verticals and brand positioning

2. Social Media Management

- Manage and grow social media channels

- Plan and schedule posts across platforms

- Track engagement and suggest improvements based on performance

3. Video Production & Editing

- Create AI-based and real videos for marketing and branding

- Perform video editing including
- Cutting, transitions, and effects

- Audio syncing and voiceovers (AI or human)

- Develop content for

- Instagram Reels

- YouTube videos

- Promotional campaigns

4. Graphic Design & Creative Execution

- Design thumbnails, creatives, and marketing materials





- Translate ideas into visually appealing designs

- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives

Skill Requirements

Creative & Content Skills

- Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset

- Ability to convert raw ideas into engaging content

- Understanding of content trends (especially social media)

Video & Editing Skills

- Proficiency in
- Adobe Premiere Pro

- After Effects

- Understanding of

- Video formats, resolutions, export settings

- Reels and short-form video trends

Design Skills

- Proficiency in
- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- InDesign / CorelDRAW

- Strong visual sense and attention to detail

Soft Skills

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail (editing, transitions, audio sync)

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have completed schooling in English medium

- Knowledge of regional/native language is an added advantage

- Prior internship/project experience in content, design, or video is preferred

Work Setup Requirements (Mandatory)

- Personal laptop

- Stable Wi-Fi internet connection

- Dedicated workspace (table and chair) suitable for remote work
