Clayway Communications is looking for a creative, strategic, and articulate Content & Brand Strategist to develop content strategies, campaign concepts, and compelling communication for a diverse range of brands. The ideal candidate should have strong English and Nepali copywriting skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate brand objectives into meaningful creative ideas. The candidate should also be comfortable working across multiple accounts, managing deadlines, and presenting ideas to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

- Develop monthly content plans aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and marketing calendars.

- Incorporate relevant Nepali festivals, seasonal occasions, and cultural moments into content planning.

- Ensure content is consistent with each brand's tone, positioning, and communication objectives.

Campaign Concept Development

- Develop creative campaign concepts for social media, digital, print, OOH, video, and other communication channels.

- Present campaign ideas and clearly explain the strategic thinking and rationale behind them.

- Translate brand objectives into relevant and engaging creative concepts.

Copywriting

- Write high-quality content and copy in both English and Nepali.

- Develop advertising copy, social media captions, scripts, taglines, campaign messaging, and long-form content.

- Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across different platforms.

Creative Briefs & Quality Control

- Prepare clear, focused, and actionable creative briefs for designers, video teams, and other creative professionals.

- Review creative outputs against the brief and provide constructive feedback.

- Ensure the final creative work aligns with the intended strategy and communication objective.





Performance & Insights

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign performance and audience insights.

- Review relevant campaign metrics and use learnings to improve future content strategies.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and communication effectiveness.

Pitch & Business Development Support

- Conduct research, competitor analysis, and market reviews to support new business pitches.

- Contribute strategic ideas and creative thinking to client presentations and pitch proposals.

- Support the development of brand and communication strategies for prospective clients.

Trends & Consumer Insights

- Stay updated on relevant cultural, social, digital, and content trends.

- Identify trends and consumer behaviours that can add value to brand communication.

- Evaluate trends based on brand relevance rather than adopting them simply for popularity.

- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency.

- Solid copywriting and communication skills in both English and Nepali.

- A portfolio demonstrating personal thinking, strategic contribution, and creative work.

- Ability to explain creative ideas clearly and support them with logical reasoning.

- Strong understanding of content, branding, social media, and digital communication.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and client feedback effectively.

- Strong research, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience in scriptwriting for TVCs, digital films, or video campaigns.

- Previous experience in brand strategy or campaign strategy.

- Experience supporting creative pitches and new business presentations.

- Knowledge of current Nepali cultural, social, and digital trends.
