JOB SUMMARY

You will work on global client consulting projects with multiple teams across different geographies to help clients achieve their goals in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Procurement Transformation.

Education - MBA Degree from Tier 1 College (Full Time MBA ONLY)

REQUIREMENTS

- Proficiency in written and oral communication, ability to communicate effectively both face-to face and otherwise
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with business acumen
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- Should be a self-starter, motivated and be able to demonstrate measurable results on continuing basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work on global client consulting projects with GEP teams based across Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific
- Consulting in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Procurement Transformation
- Managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistently
- Performing analysis, asking the right questions and leveraging the right sources of information
- Understanding how projects will result in client impact and provide services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and quality




- Collaborating regularly with the global project team to develop innovative solutions to maximize value for clients
- Delivering presentations effectively. Understanding the material fully and responding to questions from the internal team and the client logically
- Estimating deadlines accurately, readjusting as necessary and managing expectations internally as well as with the client
- Working flexible hours to align with teams across different geographies.
