About A1 Global College

A1 Global College, based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Management Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Construction Management instruction to adult learners.

Mandatory Requirements

All requirements listed below are mandatory:

- Instructor Qualification: Candidate must have the required academic and professional background to teach Construction Management.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in the construction industry.
- Construction Competencies: Strong practical knowledge and experience in site operations, construction safety, and project planning.
- Industry Exposure: Candidates must have real-world field experience and practical exposure to construction industry requirements and operations.
- Teaching Ability: Demonstrated ability and experience in adult teaching/training, with the ability to explain technical and practical concepts effectively to adult learners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



with the ability to effectively communicate construction-related concepts and procedures.

Working Hours

This is a remote position with late-evening and night-shift working hours as per India Standard Time (IST) to accommodate Canadian class schedules.

- Canadian Time: Classes/work hours will fall between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Ontario time).
- India Time: The corresponding working hours will generally fall during late evening and night hours.

Candidates must be comfortable working during these hours.

WES Requirement

Please note: Candidates who are selected for this position will be required to obtain a WES (World Education Services) credential evaluation as part of the process.
