MS Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple residential, commercial, industrial, renovation, and civil construction projects in and around Mettupalayam.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution and team management experience, along with the ability to coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations

- Manage and coordinate multiple construction sites.
- Oversee residential, commercial, industrial, renovation, and civil works.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and project execution.

Resource Management

- Plan and allocate manpower across active project sites.
- Coordinate the availability of raw materials, tools, and machinery.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Site Supervision & Progress Monitoring

- Monitor daily construction activities and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with site safety practices.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.

Labor & Team Management

- Manage and coordinate labor teams and site supervisors.
- Assign work and monitor team performance.
- Maintain effective communication between site teams and management.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consulting engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Address site-related requirements and resolve coordination issues.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Procurement & Logistics

- Coordinate material requirements and procurement.
- Monitor material deliveries to project sites.




- Plan and manage site logistics to avoid delays.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Maintain site photographs and project records.
- Track work progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.

Billing & Measurements

- Support site measurement verification.
- Assist with contractor/subcontractor billing.
- Maintain necessary project and site documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience handling residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction site execution and project coordination.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site billing.
- Good manpower and labor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good team leadership and communication skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is compulsory.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel frequently between local project sites.
- Candidates with experience managing multiple construction sites will be preferred.

Preferred Age: 25–35 years preferred.

Work Location : Mettupalayam, Tamil Nadu – Coimbatore District The role involves in-person, on-site work across multiple construction project locations in and around Mettupalayam.
