Job Summary The Configuration Analyst is a key part of the Information Technology organization, working with Oracle Cloud ERP. This role participates in the full lifecycle of an Oracle ERP solution to deliver a highly complex, comprehensive business solution for Hub Group. This position requires an individual capable of operating in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple initiatives.

To be successful, this individual must be highly motivated and have a solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP product and Finance business processes.

Essential Job Functions

Execute the development and delivery of technology solutions aligned to ERP processesGather business requirements (functional and technical) and ensure solutions meet business needsPerform the necessary configurations to support the business requirements in Oracle ERPDefine, develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios to meet business requirementsParticipate in ERP solutions initiatives, standardizing systems and business practices, championing change,



testing and user supportAbility to communicate effectively and work with multiple teamsGives recommendations for business process improvements and system improvementsGathers data, performs root cause analysis and recommends course of actionEffectively builds and maintains customer and peer relationships in support of technology solutionsProvide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for ERP as necessaryPerform other responsibilities as assignedDuties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

2-3 years’ experience working with Oracle ERP requiredConfiguration experience with ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Fixed Assets) and business processesKnowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, BIP reports and OTBI reports preferredProblem-solving skills and data analysis desiredStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectivelyWell organized and detail orientedAbility to balance multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team setting
