As a Consultant at Digitide Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our CLM Domestic Diversified | Back Office department. Responsibilities

- Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients on contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored CLM solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Implement and configure CLM software platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of CLM tools and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of CLM systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of CLM solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in contract management, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of CLM projects,



including project plans, deliverables, and client feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a focus on contract management or consulting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management or a related field, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in CLM software platforms and their implementation, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
