Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales to join our agile team. The role involves connecting with professionals across industries, promoting event participation, and driving delegate sales for our conferences and webinars.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach for Delegate Sales: Identify and reach out to potential delegates within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, Healthcare industries

Client Outreach for Sponsorship Sales: Identify and reach out to decision makers within the vendor companies

Relationship Building:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential delegates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to contribute ideas for effective event promotion strategies.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client needs and convey the value of event participation.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, Healthcare industries, and relevant vendor markets is a plus.
