We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Trainer to conduct engaging computer training sessions for students, candidates, and/or working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, and basic troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on computer fundamentals and applications.

- Train candidates on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and basic computer operations.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, exercises, and practical activities.

- Explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

- Assess learners through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.

- Monitor learner performance and provide individual guidance wherever required.

- Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and other documentation.

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.

- Keep training material updated according to industry requirements.

- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.

- Coordinate with the centre/project team regarding training schedules and learner progress.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer fundamentals.

- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Positive classroom management and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with learners from different educational backgrounds.

- Strong patience and teaching aptitude.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant computer training certifications will be preferred.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience as a Computer Trainer / IT Trainer / Computer Faculty / Skill Trainer.

- Candidates with experience in vocational training, skill development projects, schools, colleges, NGOs, or training institutes will be preferred.
