KRA – Computer Operator + CCTV Surveillance

1. Computer Operations

* Enter and update data accurately in the system.
- Maintain daily records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle MS Word, Excel, email, printing, scanning, and file management.
- Maintain proper digital and physical records.
- Ensure timely data entry and report submission.

1. CCTV Surveillance

* Monitor CCTV cameras continuously during assigned shifts.
- Check all important areas and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
- Report security incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
- Maintain CCTV monitoring logs and incident records.
- Check that cameras, monitors, recording systems, and storage are working properly.
- Inform the technical/security team about any CCTV malfunction.

1. Reporting & Coordination

* Prepare daily CCTV/security reports.




- Maintain records of incidents and observations.
- Coordinate with security guards, supervisors, and management.
- Provide required CCTV footage when authorized.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and company information.

1. Overall KRA

* Accuracy: Correct data entry and reporting.
- Monitoring: Continuous and attentive CCTV surveillance.
- Timeliness: Immediate reporting of incidents.
- System Maintenance: Ensure computer and CCTV systems are functioning.
- Documentation: Proper maintenance of logs and records.
- Confidentiality: Protect company data and CCTV footage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
