Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to support daily business operations through accurate data entry, record maintenance, and basic system management. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth handling of routine administrative and computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases accurately
- Verify data for errors and ensure completeness and consistency
- Generate reports, summaries, and documents as required
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records
- Perform routine system checks and ensure proper functioning of computer equipment
- Assist in file management, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Follow company data privacy and security policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good typing speed with high accuracy




- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of data management and record keeping
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in data entry or computer operations (not mandatory)
- Higher secondary education or graduation preferred
