Key Responsibilities

- System Operations: Monitor core servers, network infrastructure, and system consoles to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operations.

- Batch Processing: Schedule, execute, and monitor routine batch jobs, daily data processing tasks, and automated workflows according to schedule.

- Data Backup &
- Maintenance:

Perform routine data backups, monitor storage systems, and manage backup media storage/retrieval in compliance with company data retention policies.

- Incident Management &

- Troubleshooting:

Identify, record, and diagnose basic hardware, software, or network errors; escalate complex technical issues to IT support or systems administrators promptly.

- Documentation &

- Logs:

Maintain detailed operations logs, error reports, shift logs, and inventory of IT peripherals and equipment.

- Security &

- Access Control:

Maintain server room security standards, enforce user access controls, and report any unauthorized physical or digital access attempts.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education:



Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), peripheral IT hardware, server room equipment, and standard office software.

- Operational Skills: Familiarity with basic networking concepts, data backup tools, and batch job scheduling applications.

- Problem-Solving &
- Attention to Detail:

Strong analytical abilities to spot anomalies in system logs and address system alerts quickly.

- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for maintaining shift handovers and logging technical reports.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule, including night shifts or weekend rotations if required for continuous data center operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
