Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. A successful candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to strict safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Calibration: Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto CNC

machines; set up tooling, fixtures.
- Operation & Monitoring: Run production cycles, observe machine operations, and detect

any malfunctions, tool wear, or irregularities.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished components using micrometers, calipers,

and gauges to ensure 100% compliance with drawings
- Routine Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance including cleaning

machines, clearing chips,



and replenishing coolants and lubricants.
- Documentation: Maintain exact production logs, tracking output, and quality inspection

metrics. Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2 years proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist (experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, engineering drawings,

and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;).
- Precision Tools: Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers,

and dial indicators.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or apprenticeship program in machining is highly preferred.
