Job Title: Computer Hardware & Network EngineerJob Summary

We are looking for a Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for computers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connections.
- Perform network cabling, crimping, termination, and testing.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to users.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, applications, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, and basic IP camera/networking issues when required.
- Maintain IT equipment, hardware inventory, and service records.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/network-related issues.
- Visit client sites for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
- Ensure timely resolution of user and site-level technical issues.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Hands-on experience in network cabling and termination.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and IP networking is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and common software applications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client/site locations.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI in EEE, ECE, Electronics, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
