Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced Compliance & Sustainability Manager to establish, maintain, and advance the company's global compliance framework. This critical role oversees ISO management systems, workplace safety (OSHA), corporate ESG initiatives,



multinational customer compliance, product regulatory approvals, and vendor qualification processes.

The ideal candidate brings practical compliance management experience from manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical, electronic, or engineering environments serving global OEMs.

Eligibility & Education Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering , or a related field.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) is strongly preferred.
- NEBOSH, IOSH , or equivalent industrial safety certification is highly desirable.
- ESG or Corporate Sustainability certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- ISO Management Systems: Maintain, streamline, and audit ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; direct internal audits, surveillance visits, recertifications, Management Reviews, and robust CAPA execution.
- Health, Safety & OSHA: Drive occupational health and workplace safety programs complying with OSHA and Indian statutory regulations; lead risk assessments, emergency drills, incident investigations, and KPI reviews.
- ESG & Corporate Sustainability: Define and execute the company ESG roadmap,



validate environmental data (energy, water, waste, carbon footprint), and prepare client-facing sustainability disclosures.
- Global Customer & OEM Compliance: Handle multinational customer onboarding portals, supplier qualification packages, ESG questionnaires, Code of Conduct audits, and corrective action closures.
- Product & Regulatory Compliance: Supervise regulatory compliance documentation including CE, UL, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals (CMRT), and SCIP ; maintain updated Declarations of Conformity and technical files.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Due Diligence: Formulate supplier audit criteria, evaluate ethical procurement, verify certifications, and monitor statutory vendor compliance.
- Corporate Governance & Ethics: Implement Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Whistleblower, Data Privacy, and Human Rights policies across internal and external stakeholders.
- Information Security Alignment: Collaborate with IT on customer security questionnaires, cybersecurity controls, and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Audit Leadership & Training: Conduct internal and external compliance audits, maintain audit scorecards, and lead continuous organizational training on emerging regulatory standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Comprehensive mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks and audit practices.
- Practical expertise with international product directives: RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, and CMRT .
- Solid grasp of industrial safety laws, ESG reporting frameworks, and corporate ethical governance.
- Robust root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, cross-functional project management, and reporting skills.
