Role Definition Compliance Officer af a Category – II Alternative Investment Fund

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage AIF compliance calendar and regulatory compliances.

- Monitor

SEBI AIF Regulations, circulars and regulatory updates

.

- Coordinate with Trustee, Custodian, RTA, Fund Accountant, Auditors and Legal Counsel.

- Oversee

KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, investor onboarding, capital calls and investor reporting

.

- Monitor fund accounting, tax, audit and operational processes.

- Maintain compliance trackers, MIS, SOPs and documentation.

- Ensure timely closure of compliance actions and escalate potential risks.

- Support investor and AIF-related operational activities.

Eligibility:

- B.Com/BBA/BMS, MBA/PGDM, CA Inter, CS, LLB, CFA or relevant qualification.

- Experience in

AIFs, Mutual Funds, PMS, Wealth Management or SEBI-regulated entities preferred.

- Solid

MS Excel, MIS, documentation and coordination skills

.

- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
