Role Description The Compliance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting clients in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. The role includes monitoring relevant labour, tax, and corporate laws, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring timely implementation across client accounts.

The Compliance

Specialist will prepare and review compliance checklists, documentation, and filings for areas such as company incorporation, labour law obligations, ROC filings, director KYC, and licensing renewals. Daily tasks involve coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, supporting statutory audits,



and helping design compliance frameworks that reduce risk and penalties. The role also requires clear communication of compliance requirements to clients and participation in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Legal Compliance to handle end-to-end statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Regulatory Compliance knowledge, particularly in labour laws, tax rules, and corporate governance.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, identify risks, and recommend practical compliance solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain compliance obligations, prepare reports, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or corporate governance are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate compliance, labour law advisory, or working with regulatory filings (ROC, MCA, PF, ESI, tax) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency with documentation and MS Office tools, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high standards of professional integrity.
